A CPE team member will present this form in our weekly intake meeting and discuss with all relevant colleagues.
A project kick-off meeting will be scheduled to discuss details and plans moving forward.
A finalized communications plan (if needed) will be sent to you by the project lead on the CPE side with need for approval.
As materials are complete, drafts will be sent for review to one or two members of your team indicated above. It is important to review and approve these materials by the deadlines indicated by your project lead in order to keep this project on track for your requested launch date.
Following approval of all materials, each element will launch on its designated deadline as noted in the communications plan provided.
For larger requests such as the execution of a full communications plan or an annual event, a project debrief meeting will take place following the project to discuss any areas for improvement as well as project successes to keep in mind for future years.
